5 Simple Ways to Increase Your Intelligence

Your brain needs exercise just like a muscle. If you use it often and in the right ways, you will become a more skilled thinker and increase your ability to focus. But if you never use your brain, or abuse it with harmful chemicals, your ability to think and learn will deteriorate.

Here are 5 simple ways anyone can squeeze a bit more productivity out of the old gray matter:

1. Minimize Television Watching
2. Exercise
3. Read Challenging Books
4. Early to Bed, Early to Rise
5. Take Time to Reflect –  Spending some time alone in reflection gives you a chance organize your thoughts and prioritize your responsibilities.

Eight tips for healthy eating

Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health, and can help you feel your best. It can be simple, too. Just follow these eight tips to get started.

The two keys to a healthy diet are:
  • Eat the right number of calories for how active you are, so that you balance the energy you consume with the energy you use. If you eat or drink too much, you’ll put on weight. If you eat too little you’ll lose weight. The average man needs around 2,500 calories a day. The average woman needs 2,000 calories. Most adults are eating more calories than they need, and should eat fewer calories.
  • Eat a wide range of foods to ensure that you’re getting a balanced diet and that your body is receiving all the nutrients it needs.

Get started

These practical tips cover the basics of healthy eating, and can help you make healthier choices:
  1. Base your meals on starchy foods
  2. Eat lots of fruit and veg
  3. Eat more fish
  4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar
  5. Eat less salt
  6. Get active and be a healthy weight
  7. Don’t get thirsty
  8. Don’t skip breakfast

A Great Way To Learn

Kidzania is one of my favourite place to be. Is a place that is themed as a child-sized replica city. Including buildings, shops and theaters, as well as vehicles and pedestrian moving along its streets.  In this city, children aged 2 through 14, work in branded activities from bottling Coco-Cola, working in a sponsored dentist office, working at a McDonald restaurant, washing hands with P and G's Safeguard soap, using airline tickets from American Airlines and Emirates, and more.  The children earn KidZos currency while performing the tasks, and the money is kept in the KidZania bank for children to spend at the gift shop and on non-free KidZania activities. But this is in a different country.
Every country that has the attraction KidZania, has different content in it places. Also, the cost of entries is different. Beside not all countries have KidZania. Want to know more about KidZania go to this link, http://www.kidzania.com/.
